Clark Collins

Clark overees the recruitment work undertaken in No.8 HR.   He joined the No.8 HR team following a two year stint as a recruitment consultant for a large corporate.  Prior to this he worked internationally, primarily in Asia, after undertaking a generalist HR role out of university.

Clark has a degree in organisational psychology and is focused on ensuring both applicants and clients receive the highest levels of service and get great job matches.

Lee Astridge

Lee is one of the founders and principle consultants for No.8 HR.  Her extensive international HR and training experience along with her practical approach to business solutions ensures great people selection and high performance outcomes for her clients.   She is passionate about helping agri-business owners maximise their personal and business performance through effective ‘people’ strategies.

Lee is a professional member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and has built a strong reputation for both her HR expertise and her abilities as a motivational trainer and facilitator.

Angus Drummond (Dip Agric)

Angus has been involved in Dairy Farming in South Africa since 1988, initially managing farms and then working within the fertiliser industry for 7 years. He worked as a farm consultant in South Africa where he was concentrating on looking at systems and profitability offering practical advice on the opportunities to improve the individual farm using software models. 

Angus is passionate about the dairy industry and has been consulting out of Warrnambool, South West Victoria since January 2007.

 

 

Andrew Wright (Dip Ag, Dip Farm Management)

Andrew Wright (Dip Ag, Dip Farm Management)

Andrew is a practicing dairy consultant in Victoria and Tasmania. He has also had extensive dairy farming experience in both Australia and New Zealand, the majority of which has been through managing larger scale dairy operations. In addition he has experience in sheep and beef farm management, and has Diplomas in Agriculture and Farm Management.

Andrew has used software programs extensively in practical farm management, including being involved with field testing of software prior to commercial release.
